The same content engine we built for a tax consultant. Before us — $60K/year, long sales cycle, prospects landing on calls cold. After we built her Flywheel — show rate jumped from 40% to 80%, prospects pre-warmed before they ever booked. Year one — +$790K. Case study, not guarantee. The engine is the same.
10+ hours back every week — starting Day 7. 90% of production workload shifts off your team entirely the moment your system activates. Not "could theoretically reclaim." Gone.
From one long-form video to 15 short-form clips, 3 carousels, 3 LinkedIn long-form posts, 10 standalone tweets, 1 SEO blog post (1,200–1,800 words), 3 promo emails within 1-hour, every week. Hosted on our infrastructure. No VAs to brief. No agencies to chase.
Reverse-engineered from your last ~5 long-form videos — so the output sounds like you (or your client) wrote it. No intake call. No template. Passes the CMO test on every drop.
Run the demo to see if it'd actually help you produce more — send a YouTube link plus a Drive folder, demo lands in 24 hours. All yours. No catch. If nothing else, you'll get 40+ pieces of content you can post for free.
40+ derivative assets from your channel, every week, forever
7-day install to live system
Two test runs before activation, we verify the voice match before anything goes live
First weekly drop ships the day after your system activates
Bonus 1: 30-day direct Slack/email access to our team after activation
$1,500 one-time install, paid 50/50: $750 at signing, $750 on Day 7 when your system activates. You don't owe the second half until the Flywheel is live. After that, $80/mo to keep the system running (or $800/yr if you'd rather pre-pay annually) — billing starts on Day 37, after the 30-day money-back window closes.
30 days from activation. If the system fails to deliver substantially — and we can't remediate in 10 business days — full refund of the $1,500 install and your system is deactivated. The $80/mo maintenance doesn't bill until Day 37, so there's nothing recurring to refund during the window. After 30 days, you can cancel maintenance anytime but no install refund. Specific terms in the engagement letter.
We analyze your last ~5 long-form videos to extract your tone, vocabulary, recurring frames, audience callouts, and style rules — your voice is reverse-engineered from your existing content, no separate intake call required. Then we run two test batches before activation. If the output doesn't sound like you, we adjust before anything goes live.
Yes. The 40+ assets from your demo are yours to keep whether you install the Flywheel or not. Post them today if you want. No strings.
Best fit: video content with a visible speaker (YouTube videos, video podcasts, recorded talks with camera). For all derivatives EXCEPT short-form Vizard clips, audio-only content also works (Spotify-only podcasts, audio recordings) — but the short-form clips require source video. If you're audio-only, you'll get the carousels, blog, LinkedIn posts, tweets, and emails but no Vizard short-form clips. Minimum: 10 minutes, published at least weekly.
Your channel URL for the demo. After that — one long-form piece per week, same as you're already producing. We handle everything else.
Yes — $80/mo (or $800/yr annual pre-pay) for maintenance. We host and maintain all infrastructure (n8n, Modal, Drive automation, content generation) under Aloha accounts. Most clients also maintain their own Vizard account (~$25–50/mo) so they can make small adjustments to short-form clips before publishing. It's recommended but optional. Without your own Vizard account, clips ship as-is straight from our hosted Vizard project. Everything else (workflows, hosting, automation, weekly delivery) is on us.
